Are a great gift idea to spoil a family member or friend that has everything except great hair!  Vouchers can be purchased in-salon for any value.  They can be redeamed for services or products and are usually valid for a period of 3 or 6 months.  Gift boxes with a selection of products and a voucher are also available with free gift wrapping.

Every Wednesday afternoon we conduct apprentice training from 2pm to 5pm in the salon. 

This training in fully supervised by a qualified trainer and gives our apprentices the opportunity to develop their skill level within the workplace. 

All trainees follow a strict training schedule and complete worksheets outlining exactly what techniques, products and equipment they are going to use for the activity. 

Our industry is built on great training and new ideas, cultivating our younger stylists and as a client you can play a major role in their development.

At Stone Island we believe colour is as individual as you are.  And just like your wardrobe and makeup can change with the seasons.

All colour appointments are made for a minimum 1 hour.

We offer a full range of colour techniques and products.  Tints, Demi-permanent, Foil highlights, and creative colours.

Products include: Wella Koleston, Colour Touch & Colour Touch Plus, and Goldwell Elumen.

A great cut never goes out of style.  All cut appointments are made for 1 hour.  For the blue collar man with little time we do offer a 30 minute appointment.  Your stylist will first consult with you about your desired look (this is a great time to show us photos or pictures from magazines) then your hair will be shampooed and conditioned with a head massage, your style cut, then blowdried and polished.  We prefer not to let you leave the salon with wet hair, as your cut can look very different when dry!  Please indulge us with your time to fully complete your look.

Pin straight, shiny, easy to manage hair has never been so easy to achieve.  Goldwell's Straight and Shine product delivers a superior result when re-bonding curly, wavy or african american hair.  This service is booked initially as a free 15 minute consultation so that we can analise your hair and correctly recommend the service.  It is a service that can take up to 4-6 hours to complete from start to finish, however the results are lasting and impresive enough to warrant the time spent.

All Straight and Shine services include complimentary Shampoo and Conditioner as well as your first shampoo and blow dry a week after the service.

Great Lenths 100% Human Hair Extensions are just what you've been looking for if you've wanted extra length, or maybe even thicker locks.  Great Lengths extensions come in a wide range of colours, lengths, and thickness which can be colour matched to your natural hair colour or can be used to add colour.  It's a great way to change your look and our stylists use them to make a short hair cut a bit edgier, or add fantasy colours to stand out from the crowd.  Each look is designed especially for your hair and the look you want, with a complimentary consultation your hair is specially odered and you only pay for what is used.  A complimentary follow-up shampoo and blow-dry is booked for a week later and maintenance is very low.  It's just like having real hair!  Ask for a brochure on How to Care for your Extensions when you have your free consultation.
